• Design cutting-edge neuroscience & wellness products that improve the lives of millions.
• Pioneer the next generation of behavior therapy based on research from top universities. The apps help people to unlock the best version of themselves.
• Work with the latest technologies to design complex & beautiful mobile applications, web apps, and some content.
• Impact early-stage design decisions that will shape the products as the company prepares for another period of hypergrowth.
• Work with award-winning founders and across the team to provide a seamless user experience.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or a related field/industry experience.
• 2+ years experience working on mobile-first consumer app design.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Passion for empowering end-users to change their lives with delightful experiences.
• An obsession with consumer behavior.
• Desire to work in the Alpharetta based office 2-4 times per week.
• Experience with product packaging would be a plus

$110,000 - $180,000 a year

Compensation is salary + meaningful equity in an early stage venture backed startup commensurate with experience.
