Create and implement highly scalable and reliable distributed data architectures using No

SQL technologies, including data distribution networks and API components for client application integration into the data storage layer. Develop data quality and monitoring infrastructure.

• 4+ years experience designing, developing, deploying, and supporting large-scale distributed systems
• 4+ years experience with Java in a distributed environment
• 5+ years experience with LAN/WAN protocols (TCP, UDP, FTP, JMS)
• 5+ years experience with Data Serialization formats (Avro, POF, Thrift, JSON, XML)
• 3+ years building fault tolerance and failover patterns in distributed systems
• 3+ years experience with distributed database design and development (e.g., Coherence, Cassandra, No
  
  SQL)
• 3+ years experience with data loading in distributed database environments
• 3+ years experience with performance optimization in large distributed systems

• Experience with Zoo Keeper
• Experience creating tools, test harnesses, and developer utilities
• Knowledge of machine learning methods and tools
• Experience with Agile and Test-Driven Development
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency with Git, Stash, Eclipse, Maven, and Jenkins
