- Responsible for developing software application solutions for ADP’s external and internal clients. Develop and review requirements, create design documents, write programs, package, test, configure and deploy software.
- Participate and collaborate with other stakeholders including security, quality assurance, training, project management, engineering, hosting, and procurement when required to assist in other aspects of their projects.
- Analyze system/program problems and define solutions. Analyze the requirements for technical programs and define the overall structure.
- Perform business analysis and translate into technical specifications. Prepare both functional and technical specifications.
- Write structured, organized, documented, and highly maintainable programs. Prepare test data, test scenarios and test plans that ensure programs are working correctly.
- Provide assistance to other staff members on selected functional and technical issues. Monitor changes in technology and stay up to date on current industry trends that impact the company.
- Education and Qualifications/Skills and
Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field of study plus two (2) years of related experience required. - Work Experience:
Two (2) years of experience must include:
System analysis and progressive programming;
Programming on Front End technologies;
Microservices / web services / APIs;
Programming with Databases (SQL & No
SQL) such as Databricks or Mongo
DB;
Creating reusable UI components;
Full software life cycle (SDLC) including develop/test/build/deploy;
Version Control such as Bit Bucket or Git Hub;
