Profisee is looking for experienced Back‑End Software Developer(s) to join our R&D team to accelerate the value R&D delivers to our customers, partners, and internal stakeholders by delivering innovative new features that strengthen Profisee’s position as a leader in the MDM space. You will work on business tier and data tier in on‑premise and cloud technology environments. While this is primarily a back‑end role, experience with front‑end technologies such as React is a plus.

Candidates must demonstrate a strong willingness and ability to learn new technologies across the stack.

The Software Developer will report to an Engineering Manager, work closely with the Technical Lead, and work out of Profisee’s headquarters in Alpharetta, GA on a hybrid basis. The team typically comes into the office 2‑3 days a week.

Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of new features in the Profisee Platform. Work with your Tech Lead and team members to understand new feature requirements, design new features, decompose them into user stories, check in completed stories with unit tests, and collaborate with QA on testing and bug resolution.

Contribute to Profisee’s R&D team by bringing new knowledge, experience, and ideas, mentoring less experienced members, and collaborating with others to grow your skillset.

Grow as a Software Developer with options to transition to a Development Tech Lead or Software Architect within R&D. Demonstrate strong engineering and planning skills to become a natural candidate for lead roles.

Technical Leadership – Write high‑quality back‑end services following best practices such as clean architecture principles with minimal oversight. Contribute to development process improvements and become productive quickly by understanding the current architecture and code base of the Profisee Platform, developed using C#, .NET, and SQL Server, within the first 60 days.

Be Innovative – Help Profisee push the envelope around technology innovation in Master Data Management software. Eager to tackle new technologies and challenges, including micro‑services and cloud‑native architecture, continually learn, evaluate, and propose new technologies.
