Overview

About the Role:

As a Test Training Engineer in the Business Services industry, your main objective will be to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing and training. You will play a crucial role in identifying and resolving any issues or bugs in our software, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of performance and functionality. Your work will directly impact the user experience and satisfaction, as well as the overall success of our business.

You will collaborate closely with the development team to understand the software requirements and design effective test plans and training materials.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with programming languages and scripting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications in software testing or quality assurance.
  • Experience with test management tools and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience in training and delivering technical presentations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
  • Design and execute test plans to identify software defects and ensure the quality of our products.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the development team to understand software requirements and provide feedback on design and functionality.
  • Conduct training sessions for internal teams and clients to ensure they have a thorough understanding of our software products.
  • Document and communicate test results, issues, and recommendations to the development team and stakeholders.
