We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and Docker to lead development efforts and provide advanced Level 2 support for mission-critical applications. This role involves guiding a development/support team, debugging complex issues, architecting cloud-based solutions, and ensuring smooth production operations for a major financial services client (Fiserv). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on coding ability, excellent troubleshooting skills, and experience supporting large-scale applications in an Agile environment.
A deep understanding of SQL/PLSQL, microservices, and cloud-native deployment practices is essential.
- Lead the design and development of Java/Spring Boot applications and microservices.
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Utilize Docker and container orchestration tools for efficient deployment.
- Provide L1/L2 support, resolving complex issues through debugging and root cause analysis.
