We are seeking a Service Now Developer who has extensive experience in delivering top-notch software solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities- Developing, configuring, and customizing the Service Now platform to fit business requirements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements
- Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code requires expertise to achieve.
- Code reviews and quality control checks should be undertaken as part of every project to guarantee maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Debugging and fixing technical problems
- Producing and running test cases to guarantee software quality.
- Documenting code and application functionality
- Graduation/Post-Graduation in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in Service Now development.
- Strong expertise in CMDB
- Proficiency with Service Now development, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations.
- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is desirable.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
