Seeking a Senior Software Developer with 5+ years of experience and deep hands-on expertise in building AI-driven and agentic automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Lang Graph, Google Vertex AI, Python, and AI/ML, with the ability to design scalable enterprise solutions incorporating advanced reasoning, workflow orchestration, multi-agent systems, RAG, and Gemini. The role involves technical leadership, solution architecture, product innovation, and transforming proof-of-concepts into production-grade products.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed design of complex applications and architecture components.
Design and build end-to-end AI solutions using Lang Graph, RAG, Gemini, Vertex AI, Python, and React.
Build Lang Graph solutions using graphs, tool nodes, memory/state management, and streaming agents.
Leverage Google Vertex AI capabilities including Gemini, RAG, Vector Search, embeddings, and AI safety.
Lead system architecture and technical design for scalable, maintainable enterprise solutions.
Develop proof-of-concepts and transform successful concepts into production-grade products.
Lead or support a small team of developers in configuring, programming, and testing applications.
Fix medium to complex defects and resolve application performance issues.
Monitor, track, and participate in ticket resolution for assigned applications.
Manage code reviews and mentor other developers.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
Work closely with stakeholders to address complex business and technical challenges.
Collaborate across teams to ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
Identify opportunities for product innovation and improvements to existing solutions.
Apply strong understanding of end-to-end system flows and product strategy to AI solution development.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of relevant professional experience.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Strong hands-on experience with Lang Graph, including graphs, tool nodes, memory/state, and streaming agents.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Vertex AI, including Gemini, RAG, Vector Search, embeddings, and AI safety.
Strong experience in AI/ML.
Strong proficiency in Python.
Experience designing and building scalable AI-driven and agentic systems.
Experience with solution architecture, technical design, and end-to-end application development.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with React.
Experience with proof-of-concept development and product ionizing AI solutions.
Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
