Senior AI Solutions Architect​/AI Engineer

Job Description

A healthcare technology company is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Architect to help drive the next generation of AI-powered products, automation capabilities, and intelligent platform solutions. This individual will serve as a senior technical contributor responsible for identifying opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and modern architecture patterns to accelerate product development and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of software engineering, architecture, and AI expertise, with the ability to design and implement solutions that reduce manual effort, automate workflows, and create scalable AI-driven experiences.

• Design and build AI-powered applications, automation frameworks, and intelligent workflows.
• Develop and implement RAG-based and agentic AI solutions.
• Partner with engineering teams to modernize platforms and improve scalability.
• Create rapid prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate new AI opportunities.
• Architect integrations across multiple systems and data sources.
• Leverage AWS cloud technologies to build scalable solutions.
• Improve engineering efficiency through automation and AI innovation.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to define future-state architecture and capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• 7+ years of software engineering, architecture, or platform engineering experience.
• Strong experience designing and building AI-enabled applications and automation solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agent architectures.
• Experience developing cloud-native applications within AWS environments.
• Strong software engineering background with the ability to work hands-on as an individual contributor.
• Experience integrating multiple systems, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of scalable architecture, automation frameworks, and engineering best practices.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work remotely with strong Eastern Time overlap.
• Healthcare technology experience.
• Experience building agentic AI solutions in production environments.
• Familiarity with machine learning operations (MLOps).
• Experience building AI proof-of-concepts and rapid prototypes.
• Experience working directly with executive stakeholders and product teams.
• Cloud certifications in AWS.
• Florida-based candidates preferred.
