What You’ll Do

• Lead & Inspire a High-Performing Team
• Recruit, train, and develop a dynamic team of swim instructors and deck staff.
• Lead by example — teach lessons, mentor staff, and uphold the highest program standards.
• Foster a positive, motivating team culture through communication, feedback, and recognition.
• Ensure instructors deliver consistent, safe, and engaging lessons that follow our proven curriculum.

Deliver an Unforgettable Swim Experience

• Be the face of our program — connect with parents, celebrate milestones, and handle concerns with care.
• Step in as needed to teach, manage the deck, or assist in lessons.
• Create a welcoming, professional, and customer-focused environment at every class.

Drive Program Growth & Operational Excellence

• Partner with ownership to achieve business and enrollment goals.
• Optimize class schedules, staffing, and pool utilization for maximum efficiency.
• Oversee daily pool operations, including safety checks, water chemistry, and supply management.
• Lead community outreach and marketing efforts to promote water safety and increase enrollment.
• Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.

Maintain a Safe, High-Quality Facility

• Enforce pool safety standards and maintenance protocols at all times.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure a clean, organized, and fully stocked pool area.
• Monitor staff certifications and compliance with British Swim School and health regulations.

• Reliable, on-site leader who thrives in a hands-on, people-first environment.
• Passionate about teaching, teamwork, and child development.
• Strong communicator with excellent customer-service and leadership skills.
• Organized, proactive, and always looking to improve.
• Comfortable working in and around water for extended periods.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in aquatics, childcare, hospitality, fitness, or related field.
• Teaching, coaching, or swim instruction experience preferred.
• CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard certifications a plus (training provided if needed).
• Must be 22+ years old with reliable transportation to pools in Alpharetta, Milton, and Holly Springs.
• $40,000+ per year (based on experience).
• Paid training and certification.
• Birthday off (paid!).
