Warehouse Associate - Spanish​/English Bilingual

Job Description Axiom Staffing is hiring for a Spanish/English Bilingual Warehouse Associate to join our client’s team in Alpharetta. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience and be dependable, hardworking, and motivated to build a long-term career with the company.

Spanish/English bilingual communication skills are strongly preferred for this position.

Location:

Alpharetta, GAPay Rate: $18–$19/hour, based on experience

Position Type:
Temp-to-Hire Responsibilities:

Assist with daily warehouse operations and general warehouse duties.

Perform shipping and receiving activities.

Load, unload, move, and organize materials and products.

Operate a forklift safely, if certified and/or experienced.

Verify incoming and outgoing materials for accuracy.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in both Spanish and English.

Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements:

Spanish/English bilingual communication skills strongly preferred.

Previous warehouse experience preferred.

Experience with shipping and receiving is a plus.

Forklift experience is a plus.

Dependable and consistent attendance.

Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.

Strong attention to detail.

Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.

Interest in a long-term opportunity.
