Multiselect zoekt een Uitvoerder Groot Onderhoud om de leiding te nemen op woonrenovatieprojecten. Je stuurt het team aan, coördineert activiteiten en fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, huurders en onderaannemers.
Je bewaakt de planning, veiligheid en logistiek rondom de projecten en onderhoudt nauw overleg met bewoners en opdrachtgevers. Je beschikt over een MBO Bouwkunde en hebt aantoonbare ervaring als uitvoerder in Groot Onderhoud.
