As a Care Med caregiver, you will play a vital role in making a positive difference in the lives of local seniors and their families.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver HCA/CNA to join our team. As a Caregiver HCA/CNA, you will provide direct in-home care and support to individuals with disabilities, dementia, or other special needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct in-home care and support to clients
• Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Preparing meals and assisting with meals as needed
• Assisting with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing
• Providing companionship and engaging clients in meaningful activities
• Following care plans and ensuring the safety and well-being of clients at all times

• 1 year of experience in caregiving (required)
• Certificate-level education (required)
• HCA or CNA license (preferred)
• Ability to provide patient-centered care and adapt to the unique needs of each individual
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
• Knowledge of ADLs and ability to assist clients with personal care tasks
• Familiarity with client rights and the importance of maintaining confidentiality
• Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others

• Part-time position with flexible scheduling
• 20-40 hours per week, depending on client needs and schedule availability
• Day shift (required)
• Weekends as needed (required)
• May be required to work evening or overnight shifts as needed

• Competitive hourly rate of $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
