Project Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day operations of high-end custom home construction projects. The Superintendent will be responsible for coordinating trades, maintaining schedules, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering exceptional custom homes on time and within budget.

• Manage daily on-site construction activities for custom home projects
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with construction plans, specifications, and building codes
• Maintain project schedules and report progress to project management
• Conduct quality control inspections throughout all phases of construction
• Enforce job site safety standards and cleanliness
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, architects, and internal teams
• Identify and resolve construction issues promptly

• Minimum 5 years of construction management experience
  , including at least 2 years in custom home building
• Strong understanding of residential building codes and inspection processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills

• Experience with luxury or high-end custom homes
• Proficiency with scheduling and construction management software
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
