Position:Technical Consultant & Trainer – Isograph Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety Software
Location:North America (onsite/remote/hybrid with periodic travel)

As a Technical Consultant & Trainer, you will be the primary technical expert helping customers unlock measurable value from Peak Avenue’s platform and integrated Isograph modules. You’ll deliver training, provide advanced analysis guidance, and ensure customers achieve successful outcomes in reliability and risk modeling projects.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Training & Content Development:
Lead engaging on-site and online training sessions; develop concise “how-to” documentation, e-learning materials, and tutorial videos. - Pre-Sales & Technical Demonstrations:
Deliver advanced product demos, answer complex technical questions, and support sales with methodology expertise. - Analysis Guidance:
Advise customers on reliability/risk analysis methods such as Fault Tree, Attack Tree, Monte Carlo (AvSim/RCMCost), and Reliability Prediction (MIL-HDBK-217, IEC TR 62380, SN 29500). - Problem Solving & Customization:
Troubleshoot models, calculations, and data workflows; create custom reports using SQL and C#; build lightweight plugins or API utilities to extend functionality. - Collaboration& Product Feedback:
Partner with engineering and product teams to improve integrated Isograph modules and enhance user experience. - Technical Support:
Provide secondary support for software installations, Windows desktop applications, and license servers (FLEXnet). - Industry Representation:
Represent Peak Avenue at industry conferences and events, delivering technical presentations and occasional papers.
- Hands‑on experience with reliability or risk analysis software and methodologies listed above.
- Strong customer‑facing communication skills and confidence in leading workshops.
- Practical SQL and C# skills for report customization and automation.
- Ability to interpret complex calculations and present clear, actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with reliability/risk environments in aerospace, automotive, petrochemical, manufacturing, defense, or electronics.
- U.S. Citizenship (required due to government contract regulations).
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in applied mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or Engineering with a strong math focus.
- Solid grounding in probability, statistics, stochastic processes, numerical methods, and optimization; comfortable with linear algebra and calculus.
- Preferred: coursework or experience in reliability engineering, risk analysis, or safety‑critical systems.
- Periodic travel across North America for customer training and industry events.
