Tax Senior / Tax Manager – CPA Required/Preferred
New CPA firm in the Pasadena area is seeking a Tax Senior and a Tax Manager. Competitive pay, benefits, and a supportive environment.
CompensationBase pay range: $85,000–$140,000 per year.

- Prepare complex tax returns and perform tax research
- Respond to tax notices from taxing authorities
- Review client tax information and meet or contact clients regarding general or complex tax questions
- Recognize, anticipate, and resolve tax issues and make recommendations
- Adapt to the firm's practices, policies, and culture
- 3–5 years of prior experience
- CPA certified or CPA candidacy preferred
- Strong organization, problem‑solving, and analytical skills
- Diligent work ethic and dedication to providing superior client service
- Excellent communication skills – oral, written, and interpersonal, with ability to convey information clearly to upper‑level team members and clients
- Strong client engagement skills
- Proficiency in corporate, partnership, and individual tax planning and compliance
