Responsibilities:

• Follow the plan of care by Occupational Therapist and provide treatment to patients.
• Interpret evaluation findings to provide care and ensure safety related to dysfunction.
• Provide treatment based on established goals and follow through to achieve them.
• Offer advice and education to patients and their families.
• Regularly assess clinical signs and symptoms to evaluate treatment effectiveness, patient progress, and the need for plan modifications.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Program.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.

We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function and level. The final offer depends on multiple factors, including skillset, work experience, and languages, and may vary from the amounts listed below.

The pay range for this position is: $60-$75/visit

We are looking for COTA coverage in the following areas: Newbury Park, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Calabasas, Agoura Hills, Moorpark, Oak Park, Simi Valley, Somis, Camarillo, Oxnard, Port Hueneme, and Ventura.
