Operations & HR Manager

• Operations Management & Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the General Manager to oversee company-wide operational processes, organizational structure, and administrative systems. Support the development and implementation of strategies that improve efficiency, accountability, profitability, and long-term business growth.
• Human Resources Leadership: Direct all HR functions, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance management, disciplinary procedures, benefits administration, and workers' compensation claims.
• Policies, Procedures & Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with the General Manager to develop, implement, and maintain company policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and workplace safety programs while ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and regulatory requirements.
• Employee Training & Organizational Development: Collaborate with the General Manager and department managers to oversee employee training programs, professional development, required certifications, and learning management systems while supporting employee development and performance improvement.
• Franchise Oversight & Branch Expansion: Lead franchise oversight and branch expansion initiatives in collaboration with the General Manager. Monitor franchise performance, coordinate between corporate headquarters, franchise locations, and branch offices, and support operational consistency, marketing initiatives, referrals, subcontracting relationships, and business growth opportunities.
• Financial Oversight & Cost Management: Collaborate with executive leadership and Finance to monitor operational expenses, review company expenditures, oversee vendor agreements and insurance renewals, conduct internal audits, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Administrative Systems & Asset Management: Oversee company-wide administrative systems, technology resources, subscriptions, vendor relationships, and asset management processes to ensure operational continuity, security, and efficiency.
• Executive Leadership & Business Development Support: Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, organizational planning, board reporting, succession planning, and administrative support for franchise and branch operations.

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in operations management, human resources, business administration, or related leadership positions.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, human resources, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, workplace compliance, and organizational development.
• Demonstrated experience developing company policies, improving operational processes, and managing cross‑functional projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership and department managers.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment.
• Experience using HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office, and business management software.
• Willingness to travel as needed and respond to occasional operational emergencies outside regular business hours.

Experience overseeing multi‑location operations, franchises, or branch offices is strongly preferred. A background in HVAC, construction, or service‑related industries is also beneficial.
