Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) On-call AM shift
Job summary:
The Licensed Vocational Nurse supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations. Follows established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
- Performs nursing services including medication management and medical emergency response throughout residential and assisted living and supervises Care Partners during scheduled shift.
- Interfaces with residents' physician regarding residents' condition, medications, and appointments or treatment. Implements orders as required.
- In cooperation with Care Partner Staff, may attend residents needs and complete various ADL assistance.
- Updates electronic medical records.
Currently certified as a licensed vocational nurse per state regulations; six months related experience and/or training in a skilled nursing or sub-acute setting preferred. Must be First Aid and C.P.R. certified. Leadership or supervisory experience a plus.
Salary and Benefits- Pay: $35.37 - $37.20 per hour
- Shift differentials: 3% for evening shifts, 5% for NOC shifts, 7% for weekend shifts; differentials can be combined (e.g., 10% for weekend evening, 12% for weekend NOC).

On-demand payday available. Request up to 50% of earned pay in the pay period. Requests before noon are deposited the same day; requests after noon are deposited the next day. You can cash out up to 6 times per month.
