Core Responsibilities

• Manage grant-related financial activity, including reporting, compliance, and coordination across programs and service lines
• Partner with new and existing healthcare facilities, providing financial guidance and support during growth and transition periods
• Develop and refine accounting policies, SOPs, and internal controls to support consistency and scalability
• Assist with accounting and financial reporting related to projects and programs, including analysis and outcome tracking
• Mentor and support analysts and managers, fostering collaboration, clarity, and accountability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Active CPA required;
  Big 4 experience with healthcare clients strongly preferred
• Experience working with grants, complex projects, and cross-functional teams
