Clinical Leadership Duties

• Community Hospital
• 75,000 annual patient volume
• 398 bed hospital facility
• 65 bed emergency department
• Specialty support services - OB/Gyn, level II NICU, critical care, ortho and spine center, cancer care
• EMR: EPIC
• One Call Transfer via Mission Control: the nation's largest command center

Clinical Leadership Duties

• Support the facility medical director in overseeing emergency department operations and clinical performance
• Provide guidance to the EM team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based patient care
• Monitor patient outcomes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement initiatives that enhance care quality and efficiency
• Champion safety and best practices throughout the emergency department

Qualifications

• Board certified in emergency medicine (ABEM/AOBEM)
• Prior leadership or administrative experience strongly preferred
