Baker: BAKERY

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Altamonte Springs, Florida is seeking a full-time Baker to join our NEW BAKERY opening team! This candidate will be responsible for creating delicious and unique bundt cakes for our customers to enjoy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and providing exceptional customer service.

• Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of bundt cakes according to Nothing Bundt Cakes' recipes and standards
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their purchases and inquiries
• Create a welcoming and friendly environment for guests
• Communicate with management to ensure adequate inventory of baking supplies
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure all orders are completed in a timely manner
• Maintain quality control by inspecting all baked goods before they are packaged and sold
• Keep up to date with current promotions, new products, and specials

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant/hospitality environment or culinary program preferred
• Knowledge of different baking techniques and ingredients is a plus
• Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Must be able to work on weekends and holidays
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
