Join our dynamic team as a Level 1 Assistant Manager in Ocoee, United States! We're looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to support our store operations and contribute to our success. As a Level 1 Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a high-performing, customer-focused environment.

• Assist in overseeing daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and key performance indicators
• Help manage and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
• Participate in inventory management and stock control processes
• Contribute to creating and maintaining a positive work environment
• Assist in training and developing new team members
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
• Support promotional activities and visual merchandising efforts
• Assist in scheduling and workforce management

Physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, driving, and hand tasks. Team members may be required to utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel. Driving specific job duties include delivering product by car and then to door of customer, and delivering flyers and door hangers. Requires a valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards and access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
