Beauty Advisor/Artist Freelancer ELCP MULTI BRANDED ALTAMONTE SPRINGS FLORIDA

We are looking for a passionate and creative freelance Beauty Advisor/Artist to join our team in Altamonte Springs, FL. The role involves educating and delighting customers through makeup application, skincare advice, hair or fragrance consultations, and delivering an exceptional in‑store experience.

• Provide personalized makeup application and skincare consultations.
• Offer hair and fragrance guidance as needed.
• Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Participate in high‑performing team events and in‑store initiatives.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to differentiate the store from competitors.

• Retail experience preferred; at least amateur‑level experience acceptable.
• Demonstrated creative and technical expertise in beauty services.
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience using retail point‑of‑sale software.
• Proof of right to live and work in the United States if invited to interview.

While certification in makeup artistry and/or prior retail makeup experience is desirable, we welcome beginner‑level applicants.
