Joy Creator: BAKERY

As a Joy Creator at our NEW BAKERY opening with Nothing Bundt Cakes in Altamonte Springs, Florida, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a joyful experience for our guests. This is a part-time, hourly position within the hospitality/restaurant industry, and you will work as an individual contributor to ensure every guest leaves our bakery with a smile.

• Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering any questions and assisting with orders.
• Create a joyful atmosphere by actively engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met.
• Take and process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Package and present bakery items with care and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
• Continuously learn about our products and promotions to provide accurate information to guests.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
• Cash handling.
• Answering phones and assisting guests with inquiries.

• Minimum of 16 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
