We’re looking for pop culture enthusiasts to help create an engaging customer experience. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will provide excellent customer service, share your fandom knowledge, stock and merchandise the store, and ensure a visually appealing environment.

• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience to encourage customer loyalty.
• Maintain visual standards in your assigned sales floor zones.
• Operate the register, process sales, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Contribute to visual merchandising and store presentation updates.
• Communicate fashion trends and store updates to management and HQ.
• Assist in maintaining store organization and stockroom cleanliness.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including merchandise handling up to 50 pounds.
