Fleet Monitoring Specialist

Role Overview

Mechanical One is seeking dedicated individuals to join the Project Golden Eye team, responsible for 24-hour live fleet monitoring to ensure safe and responsible driving practices across our fleet. Team members will play a key role in analyzing real-time driver data, responding to alerts, and providing immediate feedback to drivers to enhance overall fleet safety and efficiency.

• Monitor Driver Behavior:
  Use telematics software to track and assess driver behaviors, including speeding, harsh braking, distracted driving, and cell phone use.
• Immediate Driver Feedback:
  Respond to alerts by contacting drivers directly, providing real-time feedback to promote safe driving habits and address safety concerns.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
  Record and analyze driver data to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Driver Support and Well-being:
  Prioritize driver safety and well-being by assessing alerts related to fatigue, vehicle health, and overall safety.
• Collaborate on Safety Initiatives:
  Work with the Fleet Safety Manager and team to implement continuous improvements and support safety initiatives across the organization.

• Experience in fleet management, transportation, or a related field is preferred.
