Senior Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer
£45,000 - £55,000 + Overtime + Bonus (OTE £65k+)
Location:
Hampshire (within 50-mile radius)
I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing company for a Senior Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer.
The RoleYou’ll be the go‑to engineer on site handling complex faults, supporting junior engineers, and ensuring high standards across service and maintenance work.
- Service, maintenance & fault finding on commercial refrigeration & AC systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Support and mentor junior engineers
- Assist with commissioning and system optimisation
- Work independently across customer sites
