Position Details
This permanent, part‑time Scheme Cleaner position is based in Alton and offers 25 hours weekly. Working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 1:00pm, the role involves maintaining communal areas to a high standard, ensuring shared spaces remain safe and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain communal areas to a high standard.
- Ensure shared spaces are safe, tidy and welcoming.
- Build positive relationships with residents and respond to feedback professionally.
- Use simple technology to record completed work.
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential.
- A positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Permanent, part‑time position.
- Competitive salary of up to £17,485 per annum (depending on experience).
