Part‑time | Permanent position located in Alton.

Salary: up to £17,485 per annum, depending on experience.

Hours:

25 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 1:00pm.

• Clean and maintain communal areas to a high standard.
• Ensure shared spaces are safe, tidy, and welcoming.
• Build positive relationships with residents and respond to feedback professionally.
• Use simple technology to record completed work.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns.

• Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential.
• A positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
