Job Title:
Scheme Cleaner
Location:
Alton, Hampshire (covering Horndean and surrounding towns and villages)
Hours:
25 per week. Pay: £13.45 per hour PAYE (incl. holiday) or £17.26 per hour Ltd via Umbrella (weekly pay).
Employment: 3 months, then permanent after successful period.
Responsibilities- Clean communal areas within blocks of flats
- Remove small dumped items and bin bags to collection area
- Report large items for bulk removal
- Sweep, vacuum, wash floors, walls, ceilings, doors, and other fixtures and fittings
- Litter pick and carpet clean residential communal areas
- Drive around Alton, Horndean, and Liss
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Ability to drive as part of the position
