Cranford Controls – Production Supervisor

Cranford Controls, part of Apollo Fire Detectors Group (a global product of Halma), is based in Alton and specializes in the manufacture and supply of audible and visual warning devices for fire, security and process control industries.

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our leadership team and oversee production schedule adherence and continuous improvement.

• Manage Production/Assembly staff, including training and development.
• Apply lean manufacturing techniques to increase efficiency, reduce cost and improve product quality.
• Maintain detailed and critical approach to current work practices.
• Commit to observe the company’s Health & Safety and Quality Management Systems.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes.
