Are you someone who wants to be responsible for a manufacturing team? Cranford Controls has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Supervisor to be part of the leadership team.

Cranford Controls in Alton specialise in the manufacture and supply of audible and visual warning devices along with sounders, beacons and ancillary devices for the fire, security and process control industries. • Manage Production/Assembly staff, including their training and development.
• Apply lean manufacturing techniques to increase efficiency, reduce cost and improve product quality.
• Oversee production schedule adherence and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
• Commit to observe the company’s strict Health & Safety and Quality Management Systems.
• Conduct detailed and critical reviews of current work practices.
