, the UK's largest provider of integrated veterinary services, we are one of eight referral hospitals operating across the UK and Ireland.
As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join our dynamic referral nursing team as a Wards RVN. This is a part time role working 24 hours a week. This role incorporates inpatient care and emergency and critical care, seeing a variety of cases working alongside our specialists and wards RVN team.
ResponsibilitiesDuties include but not limited to;
- Participation in patient rounds.
- Nursing a range of patients from across all disciplines including ECC cases
- Ensuring a high standard of nursing care and appropriate attention of the inpatients
- Administering treatments and medications as directed by our specialist clinicians.
- Comprehensively communicating with all disciplines to ensure patient treatment plans are in place and correct.
You'll work alongside a highly skilled team of RVNs, Patient Care Assistants (PCAs), and a Specialist-led referral team, all committed to delivering exceptional care. Many of our nurses hold postgraduate qualifications, and we actively support further professional development.
