Branch Services Assistant

We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Branch Services Assistant.

We are seeking a Branch Services Assistant to serve as a resource to our membership regarding account maintenance and deceased accounts.

• Data Entry and works standard reports.
• Verifies all documents within the imaging system are complete and accurate.
• Assist with staff or member requests for deceased accounts, IRA’s and other account maintenance.
• Post incoming mail payments timely and accurately.
• Provide excellent member service and resolve inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  High School Internships also available.
• Clerical experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a motor vehicle independently.

Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Must be able to work and travel to different credit union locations as determined by management.
