A healthcare staffing firm is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for locum tenens work in Alton, IL. The position requires the physician to provide emergency medical services to an adult and pediatric patient population in a 16-bed emergency department. Coverage is needed from 6 AM to 6 PM on a daily basis, starting March 1, 2026, with ongoing needs. Ideal candidates must hold an active Illinois license and have recent experience in emergency medicine, including stroke and pediatric care.
