Job Title: Senior Financial Recovery Representative (Collections)

We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Senior Financial Recovery Representative.

We are seeking a Senior Financial Recovery Representative to preserve the Credit Union's assets by controlling delinquent accounts, collecting delinquent loan payments, recovering collateral, and assisting other Collectors.

• Contact delinquent accounts by phone and mail and take appropriate action to bring them current.
• Take action to repossess collateral when arrangements to bring the loan current are unsuccessful.
• Analyze the financial situation of delinquent borrowers.
• Maintain accurate files and reports on all collections activity.
• Inform management of trends in loan underwriting contributing to delinquent/charged-off loans.
• Provides information to legal counsel, outside agencies and appropriate parties as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years to five years of similar or related experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills are required.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Full Time Employees have a 40-hour work week within the hours listed above.

Must be able to work and travel to different credit union locations as determined by management.
