Expected pay for this position is $18.98 - $22.34/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.
Overview
POSITION SUMMARY: The Patient Care Liaison/CNA provides patient care, greets, and talks with patients, family members, and visitors in the department. Assists with a variety of needs during their stay, performing various duties/tasks to support a smooth workflow in the unit and provide an exceptional patient experience.
Qualifications
Required QualificationsEducation
- High school diploma or GED
Licenses & Certifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Illinois or EMT-B certification in the State of Illinois
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers certification
- Prior patient care experience
