Registered Respiratory Therapist - Nights

Seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) with 5 years of experience to provide comprehensive respiratory care across diverse patient populations, including adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients.

• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory procedures following established standards and guidelines.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate respiratory treatments.
• Apply advanced clinical expertise independently, serving as a resource within the patient care team.
• Ensure patient safety and deliver age-appropriate care while complying with quality and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members, documenting and participating in handoffs.
• Provide education and training on respiratory treatments to patients, families, students, and staff.
• Support advanced procedures such as ECMO, mechanical ventilation, bronchoscopies, and sleep studies as needed.

• Associate degree from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program;
  Bachelor's degree preferred.

  Basic Cardiovascular Life Support (BCLS), Respiratory Care Practitioner, RRT.
• No prior experience required; supervision experience not necessary.

Strong clinical, critical care, communication, and teaching skills; ability to troubleshoot and work collaboratively.
