- Analyze employee data and Talent Acquisition recruiting data to support HR reporting and analytics
- Develop and execute complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data
- Design, build, maintain, and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports
- Interpret and work with Python scripts for data analysis and reporting requirements
