Integra Life Sciences seeks an End User Support Coordinator to deliver IT Level 1 and 2 support at the Haifa facility. The role encompasses PC and peripheral troubleshooting, new hire setup, device management, and compliance administration for a regulated medical device environment.
Responsibilities- Monitor helpdesk tickets and provide timely PC and peripheral support via phone, remote, or on-site
- Conduct hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, and new hire setup and training
- Manage multifunctional printing devices, endpoint devices via SCCM/Intune, and Windows Active Directory objects
- Support manufacturing, R&D, and lab systems including HMI/SCADA; provide after-hours on-call support
- Follow documented procedures and maintain compliance evidence for SOX testing in regulated environment
- Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience and education
- 1–3 years experience in similar Service Desk role, preferably in multinational environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of Windows Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and TCP/IP
- Fluency in English, spoken and written
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently with attention to detail
