Travel Registered Nurse Med Surg / Telemetry
Location:
Alton, Illinois
This travel nursing position is for a 12‑hour shift RN in a Med Surg / Telemetry unit for a 13‑week assignment beginning January 5, 2026. The role requires 36 hours per week.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical/Télémetry setting.
- Monitor patient conditions and administer medications.
- Document patient progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
- Registered Nurse license.
- Minimum 2+ years recent experience in Med Surg / Telemetry.
- Current immunization and credentialing ready.
- Base Pay: $2,103.48 per week (gross). Additional pay per assignment.
- Weekly pay and guaranteed overtime.
- Holiday pay, 401k retirement plan, healthcare, dental, vision, and wellness programs.
- Student‑loan reimbursement, free tele‑visits with a psychologist, early pay program.
Job . Position is contract; travel nurse placement. Pay package includes tax‑free stipend and other benefits.
