Part-Time Emergency Department Nurse

Role Overview:

Provides direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards.

• Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participates in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in professional development.
• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the care team, patients, and families.
• Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.

• Education:
  
  Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree required;
  Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

  No experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.
