Clinical Nurse

Provides direct patient care by assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing activities within established standards. Ensures patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment needs, and medication use. Promotes safety, quality, and compliance while participating in professional development. Develops and communicates individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, respecting patient preferences and cultural needs.

• Develops and documents care plans with clear goals, ensuring effective communication across care continuum.
• Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values and barriers.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree;
  Bachelor's degree preferred.
• No prior experience necessary; 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive role with alertness and safety focus essential.

Experience in Operating Room settings and ability to respond to calls within 45 minutes. The role involves working days with on-call responsibilities, including weekly calls and weekend coverage.
