Ambulatory Nurse

This is a full-time Ambulatory Nurse position responsible for providing direct patient care in a clinic setting. The nurse collaborates with primary care physicians and specialists to develop and implement personalized care plans aimed at optimizing healthcare outcomes and promoting wellness. Key duties include assessing patients’ physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and documentation standards, and supporting providers with patient management.

• Education:
  
  Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree required;
  Bachelor’s preferred
• Experience:
  
  2-5 years minimum; 5-10 years preferred for advanced roles
• Licenses &
  
  Certifications:
  
  Valid RN license, BLS certification
• Skills:
  
  Critical thinking, patient education, teamwork, adherence to protocols, safety awareness

• Collaborating with healthcare providers to develop and review care plans
