ICU Clinical Nurse - Night Shift

• Deliver direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.
• Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, and engage in ongoing professional development.
• Develop and document individualized care plans with clear goals, ensuring effective communication across care teams.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, cultural, and spiritual values.

• Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree required;
  Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• RN licensure required; open to all experience levels, including new graduates.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
