Registered Nurse; RN Inpatient Surgical – Night Shift

This position is for registered nurses, both new graduates and experienced, in a Surgical Care Unit providing direct patient care in a collaborative, community-based setting.

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care following nursing standards.
• Promote patient and family-centered care, educate on managing illnesses, and ensure safe discharge planning.
• Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and professional development activities.
• Develop and communicate individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team.
• Evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional patient needs, respecting cultural and personal values.

• Nursing diploma/associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• RN license required; no prior experience necessary, but two years of experience is preferred for advanced roles.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
