Experienced Lawn Care Spray Technician - Season

A Valid Driver's License is required for this position.

Element Turf & Outdoor Solutions, LLC is a fast-growing, locally owned Lawncare Maintenance business specializing in full service Mowing, Fertilization and Weed Control, Weed Maintenance, Landscape Maintenance/Mulch Installation, Pest Control, Fall Clean Up, Holiday Lights, and Snow Removal services for both Commercial and Residential customers. This is a seasonal position with potential for full time and hours may vary but normal season hours are 7:30am-5:30pm Monday - Thursday. Some overtime may be required.

• Performing service estimates
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers about services offered/needed
• Safely and Efficiently able to operate FWC commercial equipment
• Efficiently spray/spread fertilizer, weed control, and pesticides
• Aerating and Over seeding, seeding and other turf-related duties efficiently
• Ability to thrive working both independently and a team environment
• Ability to safely drive company vehicles such as box trucks or truck with trailer

• Possess a Pesticide applicator's License (IL) - a must
• Be able to read and write in English
• CLEAN DRIVING RECORD AND VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE IS REQUIRED
• Reliable transportation
• A high school degree or GED is preferred
• A minimum of two years of lawn spray field experience is preferred

Signing bonus of $2,000 to be based on experience, performance and attendance
