- Monday to Friday hours: 0600 - 1800
- Saturday hours: 0600 - 1800
- Sunday hours: N/A
On-site at an active construction site.

As an on-site Occupational Health Technician, you’ll be a key part of a safety-focused medical team providing injury triage, health support, and wellness guidance for the workforce. You’ll work closely with safety professionals and project leadership to keep workers healthy, safe, and productive. What You’ll Do:A Day in Life Injury & Illness Care
- Triage and treat occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses
- Provide follow-up care based on Evidence-Based Medical protocols
- Understand and support workers' compensation and risk management processes
- Document all patient encounters utilizing an EMR system
- Maintain a clean, fully stocked clinic
- Communicate with MMC leadership and local providers
- Work with the site safety team daily
- Lead “Stretch and Flex” sessions and conduct site walks
- Help identify workplace health risks
- Promote employee wellness initiatives
- Conduct new hire drug screens and orientation
- Perform substance abuse and occupational health testing
- Attend weekly team meetings to review cases and site updates
- Deliver excellent service to employees and site leadership
- Build trust and foster a positive work environment
This role requires extensive physical strength, dexterity, and endurance to perform in fast-paced, high-stress environments—often under hazardous conditions.
