As an on-site Occupational Health Technician, you’ll be a key part of a safety-focused medical team providing injury triage, health support, and wellness guidance for the workforce. You’ll work closely with safety professionals and project leadership to keep workers healthy, safe, and productive. • Triage and treat occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses
• Provide follow-up care based on Evidence-Based Medical protocols
• Understand and support workers' compensation and risk management processes

• Document all patient encounters utilizing an EMR system
• Maintain a clean, fully stocked clinic
• Communicate with MMC leadership and local providers

• Work with the site safety team daily
• Lead “Stretch and Flex” sessions and conduct site walks
• Help identify workplace health risks
• Promote employee wellness initiatives

• Conduct new hire drug screens and orientation
• Perform substance abuse and occupational health testing
• Attend weekly team meetings to review cases and site updates

• Deliver excellent service to employees and site leadership
• Build trust and foster a positive work environment

This role requires extensive physical strength, dexterity, and endurance to perform in fast-paced, high-stress environments—often under hazardous conditions.
