Room & Laundry Attendant

Prairie Meadows provided pay range: $16.50/hr - $16.50/hr.

Base pay range: $16.50/hr - $16.50/hr.

Shift: 9am-5pm

Here’s what you’d be responsible for:

• Providing high standards of cleanliness and sanitation for hotel guests.
• Cleaning all guest rooms and public spaces as assigned.
• Inspecting all room fixtures, furniture, televisions, radios, and heating & cooling equipment for maintenance needs and reporting when not in proper, functioning order.
• Wash, dry, and fold towels and sheets.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous housekeeping experience a plus. Must be able to operate power cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, shampooers, etc. Must possess strong attention to detail. Indoor environment with exposure to cleaning chemicals and various types of waste. Must be able to tolerate standing and walking for 8 - 10 hour shifts. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

and push a cart weighing up to 150 lbs. Weekend, holiday, and varied hours may apply.
